Known as seated massage, chair massage, or on-site massage, this technique involves the use of a specially designed massage chair in which the client sits comfortably and is fully clothed. This massage focuses on our neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Some of the benefits are; reducing fatigue, lowers anxiety, boost immunity, relieves muscle pain/tension and prevents repetitive strain. It usually last between 10 – 30 minutes but can be longer for that extra focus on problem areas. This type of massage is great for office appreciation, events, conferences, parties, or sports functions.
